Returns & Exchanges

  • At this stage, Intentional Scents perfumes are only available for delivery within Australia due to international shipping regulations around natural fragrance ingredients. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Tasmania or outlying islands.

    We’re working on expanding soon because something this pure deserves to travel.

    1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will send you a return label and manifest form.

    3. Print both, pack your item securely, and attach the label.

    4. Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post store.

    Important:

    All returned products are subject to inspection. If opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition, your return may be declined.

  • All returns under the Intentional Scents Brand are exchange-only and issued as a store credit (not a refund). Please allow 48 business hours after we receive your item for processing.

  • Incorrect Item Received

    If you got the wrong item:

    • Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • We will cover return shipping.

    • We will send the correct item once the return arrives.

    Damaged or Faulty Products

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

    • Email us within 7 days with clear photos.

    • Don’t throw it away until we’ve responded.

    • If approved, we will send a prepaid return satchel and replace or refund the item.

  • Refunds (for faulty/damaged/incorrect items) will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    • Check with your bank and credit card provider.

    • If there’s still no sign, contact us directly.

    • Flat-rate shipping: $14.95 via Australia Post.

    • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

    • Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

    • Peak periods (e.g., holidays) may cause delays.

    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at Australia Post.

    • Orders will be sent to the address you enter at checkout.

    • If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a $14.95 re-shipping fee.

    • We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

    • Roll-ons, mini vials, clearance items, gift cards, and personal care products are not returnable.

    • Buy 2, Get 1 Free and Gift with Purchase offers require all items to be returned for a full refund/store credit.

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We will email you a return shipping label and clear instructions.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue a store credit coupon for the full value (excluding shipping). This can be used on any future purchase.

  • Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Roll-ons, minis, and sale items are not eligible

  • Coupon codes must be used in one transaction

  • No cash refunds for change of mind
